The Digit.class is used to draw seven-segment digital displays,
for example, by vipratech.beans.DigitalMeter.
The Digit.class has an inner class called Element which is an
object used to represent the segement elements - each digit is
composed of 4 vertical and 3 horizontal segment elements.
The individual segment elements may be active or inactive.
